To view the list of all reports in the Warehouses module and run them, go to: Warehouses > Reports of Warehouses. Notice that the most frequently used reports are located in the Reports section on the front page of the Warehouses module.

The reports for the Warehouses module which you can use in FirstBIT ERP provide you with summary and detailed information on available quantities of stock items in the company warehouses, the quantities of items on transfers, consignment sales, reserved for customer orders, involved in subcontractor processing, and so forth.

Report	Description
Balance of Transferred Inventory	Figure 1. The report is available if any of the Issue Goods for Consignment Sales (on the Administration > Settings > Sales form), or Issue Goods for Processing by Subcontractor, or Issue Goods for Contract Warehousing option (on the Administration > Settings > Purchasing and Warehouses form) is selected. The report shows the quantities and amounts of items that were transferred to other companies for consignment sales, subcontractor processing, temporary storage during the selected period up to the selected period end date. You can filter the list by entity, warehouse, and item.
Consignor Inventory Balances	Figure 2. The report shows the quantities and the value of items on consignment in your company's entities. You can filter the data by entity and company that provides the consignment items.
Consignor Inventory Statement	Figure 3. This report shows how the balances of items received for consignment sales changed during the selected period. You can filter the data by entity and company that provides the consignment items.
Inventory Reserves	Figure 4. The report is available if the Enable Stock Reservations option is selected on the Administration > Settings > Purchasing and Warehouses form.This report lists the stock items reserved for customer orders. You can filter the list by entity, warehouse, and item.
Safe Custody Inventory Balances	Figure 5. The report is available if the Receive Goods for Contract Warehousing option is selected on the Administration > Settings > General Settings form. This report provides you with information on other company's items stocked in the contract warehouses of your company. You can filter the list by entity and company from which you received the inventory for temporary storage.
Safe Custody Inventory Statement	Figure 6. The report is available if the Receive Goods for Contract Warehousing option is selected on the Administration > Settings > General Settings form. Using this report, you can view all the details of changes in balances of inventory received for temporary storage in contractor warehouses of your entities.
Serial Number Balances by Company	Figure 7. The report is available if the Control Stock Balances by Serial Number option is selected on the Administration > Settings > Purchasing and Warehouses form. For each supplier, the report lists items (purchased from this supplier) with their characteristics, batch or serial numbers (whatever is applicable). You can narrow the search by selecting specific supplier, item, characteristic, or batch.
Serial Number Balances by Warehouse	Figure 8. The report is available if the Control Stock Balances by Serial Number option is selected on the Administration > Settings > Purchasing and Warehouses form. For each warehouse, the report lists items (purchased from this supplier) with their characteristics, batch or serial numbers (whatever is applicable). You can narrow the search by selecting specific warehouse, item, characteristic, or batch.
Statement of Transferred Inventory	Figure 9. The report is available if any of the Issue Goods for Consignment Sales (on the Administration > Settings > Sales form), or Issue Goods for Processing by Subcontractor, or Issue Goods for Contract Warehousing option (on the Administration > Settings > Purchasing and Warehouses form) is selected. The report shows how the item balances changed during the selected period due to transfers to consignment sales, subcontractor processing, or contract warehousing; also shows the item quantities currently on such transfers. You can filter the list by entity, warehouse, and item.
Stock Aging	Figure 10. The report lists the stock items for which Use Batches option is selected on the Accounting Parameters tab of the Warehouses > Master Data > Items form. The item batches are distributed between the aging periods. You can select a set of aging intervals, choose whether to show expired items, costs, totals, last sales dates. You can filter the list by entity, warehouse, and item.
Stock Balance by Item	Figure 11. The report lists the stock items with their available quantities and reserved quantities. You can filter the list by entity, warehouse, and item.
Stock Balance by Warehouse	Figure 12. For each warehouse, this report lists the stock items with their available quantities and reserved quantities. You can filter the list by entity, warehouse, and item.
Stock Balance by Location	Figure 13. For each warehouse, this report lists the bin locations with non-zero available quantities and reserved quantities of stock items. You can filter the list by entity, warehouse, and item.
Stock Statement by Item	Figure 14. The report shows how the item balances changed during the selected period in all or the selected warehouses. You can filter the list by entity, warehouse, and item.
Stock Statement by Warehouse	Figure 15. For each warehouse, the report shows how the item balances changed during the selected period. You can filter the list by entity, warehouse, and item.
