To view the list of all reports in the Warehouses module and run them, go to: Warehouses > Reports of Warehouses. Notice that the most frequently used reports are located in the Reports section on the front page of the Warehouses module.

The reports for the Warehouses module which you can use in FirstBIT ERP provide you with summary and detailed information on available quantities of stock items in the company warehouses, the quantities of items on transfers, consignment sales, reserved for customer orders, involved in subcontractor processing, and so forth.

Balance of Transferred Inventory | Figure 1. The report is available if any of the Issue Goods for Consignment Sales (on the Administration > Settings > Sales form), or Issue Goods for Processing by Subcontractor, or Issue Goods for Contract Warehousing option (on the Administration > Settings > Purchasing and Warehouses form) is selected. The report shows the quantities and amounts of items that were transferred to other companies for consignment sales, subcontractor processing, temporary storage during the selected period up to the selected period end date. You can filter the list by entity, warehouse, and item. |
Consignor Inventory Balances | Figure 2. The report shows the quantities and the value of items on consignment in your company's entities. You can filter the data by entity and company that provides the consignment items. |
Consignor Inventory Statement | Figure 3. This report shows how the balances of items received for consignment sales changed during the selected period. You can filter the data by entity and company that provides the consignment items. |
Inventory Reserves | Figure 4. The report is available if the Enable Stock Reservations option is selected on the Administration > Settings > Purchasing and Warehouses form. This report lists the stock items reserved for customer orders. You can filter the list by entity, warehouse, and item. |
Safe Custody Inventory Balances | Figure 5. The report is available if the Receive Goods for Contract Warehousing option is selected on the Administration > Settings > General Settings form. This report provides you with information on other company's items stocked in the contract warehouses of your company. You can filter the list by entity and company from which you received the inventory for temporary storage. |
Safe Custody Inventory Statement | Figure 6. The report is available if the Receive Goods for Contract Warehousing option is selected on the Administration > Settings > General Settings form. Using this report, you can view all the details of changes in balances of inventory received for temporary storage in contractor warehouses of your entities. |
Serial Number Balances by Company | Figure 7. The report is available if the Control Stock Balances by Serial Number option is selected on the Administration > Settings > Purchasing and Warehouses form. For each supplier, the report lists items (purchased from this supplier) with their characteristics, batch or serial numbers (whatever is applicable). You can narrow the search by selecting specific supplier, item, characteristic, or batch. |

Statement of Transferred Inventory | Figure 9.
