On the Payment Details tab, you can provide information about documents linked to this cash payment.

In the Business Activity column, specify the business activity to which this tax payment is related.

There is a switch for changing the display mode which is located to the right on the tab, Table Mode. Use Table mode to apply the payment amount to multiple planning documents and projects. You can add documents one by one to the list in the table (refer to Table mode screenshot below).

The Planning Document field is available if the Use a payment calendar option is selected on the Administration > Settings > Cash Management form.

In the Amount field specify the amount which will be applied against specific projects and planning documents. If the payment is applied to multiple planning document and projects, the total amount (which is displayed in the Total field) must be equal to the sum in the Amount column.
