Documents of the Cash Payment type with the Tax Payment transaction type are created when you need to register any payments made to the Tax Authority from your cash account.
You can create a Cash Payment (Tax Payment) by using a document of the Calculation of VAT Liability type as the basis. Also, you can manually create cash payments for tax penalties or interest.
A cash payment with the Tax Payment transaction type is not used as a basis for creating documents of any other type.
