There is a switch for changing the display mode which is located to the right on the tab. There are the following two options:

The Accounts Rate and Accounts Factor fields are populated automatically according to the contract currency's exchange rate with respect to the national currency on the document date. The Accounts Accounts Amount field shows the receipt amount in the contract's currency. If the rate is changed, the amount is recalculated in the Accounts Amount field.

In the Order field, specify a purchase order to which this bank receipt is related.

The Planning Document field is available if the Use a payment calendar option is selected on the Administration > Settings > Cash Management form. The field is auto-populated in case of the moneyreceipt bank receipt based on a Money Transfer (Plan) or Money Receipt (Plan) document. 

If the Project Costing functionality is enabled in the application on the Administration > Settings > General Settings form, you can link a bank receipt with a related project which you can select in the Project field (to find a project, start typing its name or code in the field).

In the Payment Amount column, specify how the receipt amount is split between documents.

Make sure that the sum in the Payment Amount column is equal to the amount in the Total field under below the table.
