There is a switch for changing the display mode which is located to the right on the tab. There are the following two options:

For the Advance option, select Yes if the received payment is intended as a customer advance payment for services or goods that will be provided later.

In the Contract field, specify a customer contract related to a receipt.

The Accounts Rate and Accounts Factor fields are populated automatically according to the contract currency's rate with respect to the national currency that is in effect on the document date. The Accounts Amount field shows the amount (in the contract currency) that will be paid with the received bank receipt. If the rate is changed, the amount is recalculated in the Accounts Amount field.

In the Payment Amount column, specify how the receipt amount is split between documents.

Make sure that the sum in the Payment Amount column is equal to the amount in the Total field under below the table.
