The "Import Data from Excel" feature allows transferring data from an Excel spreadsheet to a database. If any issues arise while using the Excel Import templates, please check the settings with the following checklist.

Ensuring Accurate Data Entry in Excel Imports as per template-
Users should ensure that all fields in the Excel file are completed according to the format specified in the template. The file template upload feature helps verify data accuracy. When importing data, hovering over the upper right corner of each column in the template provides guidance on the required format.

2.Numeric values should be checked carefully to ensure accuracy:
- Numeric Fields: Verify that fields containing numeric data do not include zeros. If a zero is required, leave the cell blank instead of entering "0."
- No Spaces: Numeric entries should be free of spaces. Avoid using spaces as thousand separators (e.g., "2 230") and instead enter numbers without spaces (e.g., "2230").
- Issues with creating new elements into standard catalogs while loading.
If the system displays an error related to creating new elements in standard system catalogs, such as Items, the the user should check the Create an object option in the Fields tab of the Excel Import Template (2. Fields tab):
Details of any errors will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. You can use this information to make corrections to the entire template before proceeding with the upload.
Check the template used for downloading data and confirm that the Create Object column is correctly filled out. Additionally, verify that catalog elements, such as Items, are already created in the system.
To ensure the data loading mechanism functions correctly, manually enter the data into the system when clicking the "Import from Excel"
button. Copy the data from Excel and paste it into the designated screen. By manually completing the import template, you can test the data upload process and detect any errors in data entry.Any errors will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. Use this information to correct the template before proceeding with the upload.
