To access the list of cash accounts, select Money > See also > Cash Accounts.
Cash accounts are used for keeping records of cash transactions, such as Cash Receipts and Cash Payments.
The Cash Accounts list
Cash accounts are listed with their descriptions, codes, and currencies.
Initially, the application database has two cash accounts which can be edited (Cheques and Petty Cash).
Toolbar buttons
To add a cash account, click the Create button on the toolbar. For details, refer to Adding a Cash Account. For description of other buttons, refer to List toolbar.
To view or edit an existing cash account, double-click the line with the cash account in the list. You can also select the line, right-click it, and select Edit or click More actions > Edit on the toolbar.
As the list is populated, you can change its display settings. Click More actions on the toolbar and select Configure list. For more information on the list settings, see Working with the item list.
