To access the Fixed Asset Depreciation document list, go to Accounting > Fixed Assets > Fixed Asset Depreciation.

A document of this type is generated for each entity for each financial period by the month-end closing process. For details, see Month-End Closing service tool.

The Fixed Asset Depreciation list

The Fixed Asset Depreciation list includes all the Fixed Asset Depreciation documents available in the system. If you don't see a specific document, rearrange the list by date or document number . You can change the list display settings to suit your particular needs. To learn more about the list display settings, see Working with the item list.

To view the journal entries generated for the monthly depreciation, click the button.
