The Asset Management module is available if the Enable the Fixed Asset Accounting option is selected on the Administration > Settings > Asset Management form. 

The Asset Management module provides the functionality for registering the fixed assets and depreciating them while they are in use. If the company has various types of fixed assets, you can enable and use Non-Current Asset Classes. If you need, you can register the sales of fixed assets and their write offs. Also, the module includes the optional functionality of accounting for workwear and tools used by employees in their work. This functionality becomes available once the Enable Workwear and Tools Accounting option is selected.  For more information, see Overview of Accounting for Workwear and Tools.

To enable the functionality that you need, use the Administration > Settings > Asset Management form. For more information, refer to Settings: Asset Management.
