Using the Bin Location (create) form, you can add a new bin location to the warehouse structure.
On the form, only the Description field is required.

By default, the Warehouse field is populated with the name of the warehouse which locations you are creating.
You can create a multi-level hierarchy of warehouse locations by specifying a parent (containing) location for each location in the Parent field. To open the location list, click the Show all hyperlink in the drop-down menu. If the required location has not been added yet, you can create it by clicking the 
(Add) button.
In the Description field, provide a name for the location which will be used to identify this location in the drop-down lists, and in the document print forms.
<Auto> in the Code field indicates that the system will assign a unique code to the new warehouse location once you save the record.
Click Save to save the record or click Save and close to save the record and close the form.
