The "Import data from Excel" feature enables data transfer from an Excel spreadsheet to a database. If you encounter any issues during this process (using the Excel Import templates), please verify the settings using the following checklist:

What user may check:
- Ensure that all fields in the Excel file are completed according to the format specified in the corresponding template.
The file template upload feature is a useful tool for verifying the accuracy of the data entry.
When importing data from an Excel file, you can hover over the upper right corner of each column in the template to see a prompt about the required format.
Hints in the file:
Numeric data in the Excel file needs to be reviewed as follows:
- Numeric Fields: Ensure that all fields with numeric values do not contain zeros. If a zero is expected in a cell, leave it empty instead of entering "0".
- No Spaces: Numeric fields should not include any space characters. For instance, avoid using spaces as thousand separators (e.g., "2 230"). Instead, format the numbers without spaces (e.g., "2230").
2. Issues with creating new elements into standard catalogs while loading.
In case when system shows error about issue with creating new elements in standard system catalogs - for example Items - user need to check option Create object in Filelds Tab of Excel Import Template (2. Fields tab):
Please check in the template that you use to download data, filling out the column create Object, and additionally make sure that the elements of catalog are already created in the system (for example, items).
To verify the proper functioning of the data loading mechanism:
The user should manually enter the data into the system when the user clicks the "Import from Excel" button. Copy from Excel and paste on the below screen, by filling out the import template manually, you can test the data upload process and identify any errors in the data entry.
Details of any errors will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. You can use this information to make corrections to the entire template before proceeding with the upload.
