In the Payment Type column, select the type of the received amount from the following options: Interest, Principal, or Fee.

The Use the Loan Amount column shows to enter the actual repayment amount of the selected payment type in the contract currency. 

The Rate and Factor columns are populated automatically according to the contract currency's rate with respect to the national currency on the document date. 

Use the Payment Amount column to enter the actual repayment amount. If the amount is in the document currency. The amount recalculated to the contract currency will be shown in the Loan Amount contract currency, it will update the value in the Loan Amount column. If it is in the document currency, the exchange rate will be recalculated to match the amount in the Loan Amount column. Make sure that the sum of amounts in the Payment Amount column is equal to the value in the Amount field on the Main tab.

The Planning Document column is available if the Use a payment calendar option is selected on the Administration > Settings > Money form. The column is auto- populated in case of the money receipt based on a Money Transfer (Plan) or Money Receipt (Plan) document.
