In the Responsible field, you can specify the employee, responsible for this credit note. You can select the employee from the list of employees.In the Reason field, you can provide any useful information about this transaction. Note that this information will be copied to the Explanation of the Circumstances field on the print form of the tax credit note

A check box for the Use Phased Revenue Recognition option if selected indicates that the customer contract complies with IFRS 15, and the Work Costs pane (that appears on the Inventory tab) can be used for correction of work costs.  If the check box is not selected, the credit note does not provide the corresponding functionality.

In the Terms and Conditions text box, provide any additional terms and conditions for the printed version of the document.

In the Reason text box, add any relevant information.
