Use the Edit GL Accounts button to view the default GL accounts assigned to the fixed asset or edit the accounts. For more information, see Fixed Assets. GL Accounts.

Available Links

The following links are available on the top of the form:

• Fixed Assets Documents: Opens the list of documents related to this fixed asset.
• Fixed Assets Parameters: Opens the list of fixed assets with their parametersparameters of this fixed asset.
• Fixed Assets Statuses: Lists the fixes assets with their statusesstatuses if changes occurred to the fixed asset.
• Fixed Assets Output: Generates the reportOpens the Fixed Asset Output report, so you can review the usage.
• Inventory Card: Generates the Inventory Card report for the fixed asset.
• Statement of Depreciation: Generates the reportStatement of Depreciation report with the amounts of accumulated depreciation and net book value.
