6.1.4.5. Setting up a schedule for exchange rate import

If you need to set up custom frequency for importing the exchange rates or custom schedule, do the following:

1. Open the form: Administration > Service Tools > Scheduled and Background Jobs.
2. On the form, open the Scheduled Jobs tab.
3. In the list of background jobs, locate the Currency Rates Import job; double-click it to open.
4. In the 1. Main Options section, click the Schedule link.
5. Use the Schedule dialog box which appears to set up the schedule.

Click the OK button to save the new schedule. Click Cancel to close the dialog box without saving the selections.
