Documents of this type are used to register transfer of workwear and tools from one employee to another. To create a new transfer or to edit an existing document, go to Asset Management > Workwear and Tools Documents > Workwear and Tools Transfers.

The Workwear and Tools Transfers form contains a list of documents each of which specifies the employee-sender, employee-recipient and their departments.

As the list is populated, you can change its display settings. Click More actions on the toolbar and select Configure list. For more information on the list settings, see Working with the item list. You can filter the list by entity, employee-sender, department of sender, employee-recipient, department of recipient - for this, use the fields on the top of the form.
You can download a list of transfer documents from an Excel document (an .xlsx file). For this, click the button on the table toolbar and follow the step-by-step instructions in the appeared window. The list can be edited in the Administration module.

You can use the Up and Down ( ) arrows to rearrange the items in the list.
