To access the list of banks , select Money > Master Data > Banks.

Bank master records include all the information about each bank that is needed for creating and maintaining bank accounts and performing bank transactions.


The Banks list

Banks are listed with the descriptions, SWIFT codes, addresses, and phone numbers.

Initially, there are no bank accounts in the system.

Toolbar buttons

To add a new bank record, click the Create button on the toolbar. For details, refer to Adding a Bank. For description of other buttons, refer to List toolbar.

To view or edit an existing bank record, double-click the line with the bank in the list. 

Use the Create Group button to create groups (folder) and arrange the banks in a hierarchy structure.

Creating a Group of Banks

The hierarchy structure of banks can be built using the Create Group button on the toolbar. When you click the button, the Work Day Calendars (create folder) form appears.

To create a group, enter its description. Optionally, in the Region Code field, provide a region code.

Click Save to save the new group or the Save and close button to save the group and close the form.
