For a position master record, only the Description field is required.
The "Positions (create)" form
If the position belongs to a specific group of positions, select or create the folder (group) in the Folder field.
Enter the position title in the Description field. This description will be displayed in the drop-down lists and in the documents print forms.
After filling out the form, click the Save button to save your work or the Save and close button to save the work and close the form.
