Documents with this transaction type are created when you need to register in the system any other payments made from your bank account, for instance, dividends. Also, you can record the corresponding VAT.
Bank Payments with the Other transaction type can be based on documents of various types; however, they are not used as basis for other documents, except for Event (in case you need to schedule an event regarding this document).
