You can use this form to create a new reason for explanation of transactions that are out of the VAT scope.
The "Out-of-Scope VAT Reason (create)" form
In the Description field, enter an alphanumeric string that will be used as a brief descriprtion of the reason for transactions that are out of the VAT scope.
In the Reason text box, provide more information about the reason.
<Auto> in the Code field indicates that an unique code to this reason is assigned automatically when you save the reason.
Click Save and close to save the new reason and close this form.
