The Cash Assets tab becomes available once the Cash Assets option is selected on the Main tab.
Using this tab, you can enter the beginning balances of bank and cash accounts.

To add a row, use the Add button.
In the Bank Account (Cash Account) column, you can select a cash or bank account or create a new one/ For details, refer to Adding a Bank Account or Adding A Cash Account.
In the Currency Amount column, specify the amount in the currency of the selected cash or bank account.
The Currency column is populated automatically once the cash account or bank account is selected. If the bank account is selected, you cannot change the currency.
The Amount column is populated automatically with the amount in the accounting currency according to the currency exchange rate in effect on the document date.
In the Cash Flow Item column, you can specify the cash flow item with which the account is associated.
