To access the Fixed Asset Entries document list, go to Asset Management > Fixed Asset Documents > Fixed Asset Entries.

The Fixed Asset Entry documents are used for accepting purchased or produced items as fixed assets for accounting.


The Fixed Asset Entries list

The Fixed Asset Entries list includes all the Fixed Asset Entry documents available in the system. If you don't see a specific document, rearrange the list by date or document number or use the Search field to locate the document by a string in fixed asset description, or inventory number. You can change the list display settings to suit your particular needs. To learn more about the list display settings, see Working with the item list.

The toolbar buttons

To manually create a new document of the Fixed Asset Entry type, click the Create button on the toolbar.

To edit an existing document, double-click the line with the document in the Fixed Asset Entries list. You can also select the line, right-click it, and select Edit or click More actions > Edit on the toolbar. For descriptions of other buttons, refer to List Toolbar.

If you need to register multiple similar fixed assets for accounting, use the Copy button on the toolbar.
