To access the configuration settings, select Administration > Settings.

Before you start using the application, decide on the functionality that your company needs. By default, some functionality (such as Production, Taxes, or HR and Payroll modules) is not available for using, and you have to turn it on by selecting the corresponding check boxes. Some features once turned on cannot be turned off if any data related to the feature has been entered. Also, it is not recommended that you turn on the features that will not be used—there will be additional required fields, which the users will have to fill in.

The configuration settings are grouped as follows:

  • General Settings
  • Settings: CRM
  • Settings: Sales
  • Settings: Purchasing and Warehouses
  • Settings: Money
  • Settings: Production
  • Settings: Payroll
  • Service Settings
  • Settings: Mobile Apps
