To access the list of tax groups configured in the system, go to Taxes > Master Data > Tax Groups.

This form is available if the Enable Tax Groups option is selected on the Administration > Settings > General Settings form.

You can create the one or multiple tax groups that include your entities. For a rather small company, it could be a single tax group that gets VAT registration, files consolidated VAT Returns and pays taxes on behalf of this group members.

The Tax Groups list

On this form, all available tax groups are listed with their TRNs. Any entity can be included only in one group or can be an "independent" entity, that is, not included in any group.

The toolbar buttons

To add a new tax group, click Create on the toolbar.

Select a tax group in the list and click the Tax Group Liability Transfer button to generate all the required tax documents for the tax group. For more details, refer to Tax Group Liability Transfer.
