This master data includes a list of available types of personal documents that are required from individuals providing which by individuals is required for their employment and that which can be stored in the system.

Initially, the list includes the following document types: Passport, Work Permit, Driver License, Birth Certificate, Military Card, and Officer Identification Certificate. You can add new document types if needed.

The toolbar buttons

To create a new document type, click Create on the toolbar. For more information, refer to Adding a Document Type. For description of other buttons, refer to List toolbar.
