Using this form, you can add a new type of documents for individuals. 

On this form, only the Description field is required.


The "Individual Document Types (create)" form

In the Description field, type a brief description which will serve as a name of the document type. The documents of this type will have all the fields of a default document type.

Later, you can use the Not Actual option to indicate that this document type is not in use anymore and will not appear in the drop-down lists for selection.

Click the Save button to save the new record or the Save and close button to save the record and close the form.
