To add an individual document type, press the ‘Create’ button on the toolbar of the respective catalog. To edit the existing one, double click the line with its name. You can also select the line, press the ‘More’ button (in the upper right corner) and click ‘Edit’ in the drop-down list. You can right-click the line instead of pressing the ‘More’ button.

In the create form, only the Description field is required.

Using this form, you can add a new type of documents for individuals.

Check the Not Actual option to hide this document type in the drop-down list when you complete information about an individual.

After completing the form, press ‘Save and close’ or ‘Save’ to save the applied changes. When saving a new item, the system will assign it a unique code that can be editedIn the Description field, type a brief description which will serve as a name of the document type. The documents of this type will have all the fields of a default document type.

Later, you can use the Not Actual option to indicate that this document type is not in use anymore and will not appear in the drop-down lists for selection.

Click the Save button to save the new record or the Save and close button to save the record and close the form.
