To access the Fixed Asset Depreciation document list, go to Accounting > Fixed Assets > Asset Management > Fixed Asset Documents > Fixed Asset Depreciation.

The Fixed Asset Depreciation list

The Fixed Asset Depreciation list includes all the Fixed Asset Depreciation documents available in the system. If you don't see a specific document, rearrange the list by date or document number . You can change the list display settings to suit your particular needs. To learn more about the list display settings, see Working with the item list.

The toolbar buttons

To create a new document of this type, click Create on the toolbar.

To view the journal entries generated for the monthly depreciation, click the button.
