To view the list of all reports in the Warehouses module and run them, go to: Warehouses > Reports of Warehouses. Notice that the most frequently used reports are located in the Reports section on the front page of the Warehouses module.

The reports for the Warehouses module which you can use in FirstBIT ERP provide you with summary and detailed information on available quantities of stock items in the company warehouses, the quantities of items on transfers, consignment sales, reserved for customer orders, involved in subcontractor processing, and so forth.

Balance of Transferred Inventory

Figure 1. The report is available if any of the Issue Goods for Consignment Sales (on the Administration > Settings > Sales form), or Issue Goods for Processing by Subcontractor, or Issue Goods for Contract Warehousing option (on the Administration > Settings > Purchasing and Warehouses form) is selected.

The report shows the quantities and amounts of items that were transferred to other companies for consignment sales, subcontractor processing, temporary storage during the selected period up to the selected period end date. You can filter the list by entity, warehouse, and item.
