On this tab, you can enter general information about a new employment contract by Employment Contract by specifying the employee, position, department, entity where the employee will work, and other information.

In the Employee field, select the employee for whom this employment contract Employment Contract is created or create an employee record on the fly.

<Auto> in the Number field, indicates that a unique code will be assigned to this employment contract Employment Contract when you save it. You can edit this field if needed. The From field is populated with the current date, which you can change if needed.

In the Comment text box, you can provide any additional information that is relevant to this employment contract.

Toolbar buttons

After filling out the form, click the Save button to save your work, or Post to save and post the employment contract Employment Contract, or the Post and close button to save the contract, post it, and close the form. For description of other buttons, refer to Document toolbar.
