You can use the Offset of Prepayments Against Loan Issued transaction type when the entity agrees with the borrower on using the prepayments received earlier from the borrower against the loan and interest amounts due in the current period. Similarly, you can use the Offset of Loan Issued Against Invoices Received transaction type to record the amounts of received supplies as loan and interest repayment.
