The Conservations of Fixed Assets list includes all the Conservation of Fixed Assets documents available in the system. If you don't see a specific document, rearrange the list by date or document number or use the Search field to locate the document by the fixed asset description. You can change the list display settings to suit your particular needs. To learn more about the list display settings, see Working with the item list.

The toolbar buttons

To manually create a new document of the Conservation of Fixed Assets type, click the Create button on the toolbar.

If you need to start conservation of specific fixed assets, click the Create button to create a new Conservation of Fixed Assets document with the Start of Conservation transaction type transaction type, add the fixed assets to the list.

If you need to cancel conservation of specific fixed assets, select the document that starts their conservation, then click the Generate button to create a new > Conservation of Fixed Assets  - the document with the Cancellation of Fixed Asset Conservation transaction type will be created.
