Documents with this transaction type are created when you need to plan loans to be issued to other companies.

You can create generate a Money Payments Payment (Plan) with the Loan Issued transaction type using the corresponding Loan Agreement document as a basis or create it without referencing any document as a basis. 

A Money Payments (Plan) can be used as a basis for the following documents: Bank Payment, Cash Payment, Cheque Issued, or Planning Document Cancellation.
