If you are manually filling out this tab, to append a new line, click the Add button.

The Contract column is populated with the company-borrower's contract to which the payment is related if the basis is specified. If the contract currency is different from the bank account currency, the system will convert this payment amount to the currency of the bank account using the specified exchange rate.

Use the Accounts Amount field to enter the loan amount in the contract currency; by default, the amount entered on the Main tab is shown here.

The Accounts Rate and Accounts Factor columns are populated automatically according to the contract currency's rate with respect to the national currency on the document date.

If the rate is changed, the amount is recalculated in the Accounts Amount column.

In the Payment Amount column, the loan amount is shown in the currency of the bank (or cash) account. Make sure that the sum in the Payment Amount column is equal to the amount in the Amount field on the Main tab.

In the Transaction Contents column, transaction description which is used in journal entries, appears.
