To add a document with item prices, click the ‘Create’ button on the toolbar of the respective documents list. To edit the existing one, double click the line with its name. You can also select the line, click the ‘More’ button (in the upper right corner) and click ‘Edit’ in the drop-down list. You can right-click the line instead of clicking the ‘More’ button.

In the create form, only the Date (From) This form allows you to specify general information about specific prices intended for sales to a selected customer or all customers if no specific company is selected.

On this form, only the From field is required. It indicates defines the date at on which these prices will become valid.Image Removed

You can complete Date (To)
In the Company field, if you want to limit period of price validity.The Company field is completed via Companies catalog. you can select a customer company from the master data. To find the required company, start typing its name or code in the field . To open a catalog, click the ‘Show all’ hyperlink in the drop-down list. If you fill in the field, prices will be valid only for the selected companyand then select the company from the list of suggested companies. If you leave this field empty, the prices defined in this document will be valid applicable for all companies.

After filling in In the Price Type field (wholesale etc.), price values will be assigned only to the selected types. To open price types, click the ‘Show all’ hyperlink in the drop-down list. To create a new price type, click Image Removed or ‘Create item’ button in the same drop-down list. By default, the price type is specified according to the value, set in the Personal settings section.Number , select the price type for the prices. The field is populated with default price type set on the Quick Menu > Personal Settings form.

<Auto> in the Number field indicates that a number for this document is assigned automatically when you save the document. You can change it, if necessary

The From field is populated automatically with the current business date. You can select another date to set the prices in effect, if necessary. Optionally, in the To field, you can set the end date for these prices.

In the Comment field text box, you can specify some provide any additional information on these prices.

The toolbar buttons

After filling out the tab, click the Save button to save the document. After filling out all the tabs, click Save and Close to save the document and close the form.
