In FirstBIT ERP, you can enter and store information about personal documents of the employees and other contacts. For each person, you may add a visa, passport, work permit, driver license, and other documents of the document types available in the system.
To access the list of personal documents available for a particular individual, click the Documents hyperlink on the Individual form open for this individual (person).
