In FirstBit ERP, you can enter and store information about personal documents of the employees and other contacts. For each person, you may add a visa, passport, work permit, driver license, and other documents of the document types available in the system.

To access the list of personal documents available for a particular individual, click the Documents hyperlink on the Individual form open for this individual (person).

Note. The electronic (scanned) copies of personal documents of the individual you can attach by using the Attached Files button on the toolbar of the Main tab (to access the Main tab, click the Main link on the top of the form, to the left).

You will be able to track the expiration dates for multiple types of documents. To run a report on expiration dates of documents, click the Expiration Dates of Documents link on the top of the form—this opens the report where you can set the filters and click Generate.

To add a new personal document for this individual, click Create on the toolbar. For details refer to Adding a personal document.
