1, Create a new document Other absences.
On this tab, you can provide general information.



Specify the required type of time and dates of absence.




2, Create a Timesheet document.
On the main tab, enter general information: department, reporting period, and so on.



Fill by all documents: In addition to the data from work calendar and work schedules, the data about other work time types,
such as vacations, other absences, and sick leaves is shown according to the posted documents of respective types.





3, When calculating wages, the number of working days = 18 days of work in the office + 5 days of business trip.
