On this tab, you can select the sources of indirect costs for allocation to projects.

Click the Fill button to populate the table with the data related to the expense items listed on the Settings tab. The expense amounts recorded for an expense item, can be related to different business activities and different departments that is why there can be multiple rows with the same expense item.

For each expense in the list, you can view the total expense amount in the Total Amount (By Accounting Data) column. Also, you can view whether this expense amount was allocated and how:

  • The Assigned Amount (Project Costs) column contains the amount that already was allocated to projects.
  • The Unassigned Amount column contains the amount that was not allocated.

You can select the expenses which you want to allocate by using check boxes in the Allocate column.
