The Company Contacts list includes all the contacts of the company you work or communicate with. Using this form, you can add new contact persons and assign one of them as the default contact person.

To open this form, click the Contact Persons link on the Sales > Master Data > Companies form.

In this list, the contact persons of the company are listed with their names and positions.

Toolbar buttons

Click the Create button on the toolbar to add a new company contact person. For details, refer to Adding a Company. Adding a Contact Person.

Click Set as a Default Contact Person on the toolbar to make the contact person selected in the list the default contact person of the company. Default contact will populate the Contact Person field in all documents.
