You can use FirstBIT ERP system for the company business activities accounting. To do so, enable the ‘Accounting by several business activities (two or more)’ option in the ‘Enterprise’ section (to learn more about the section settings, see par. Settings for the 'Enterprise' section) and specify your entity business activities in this catalog.

To access the catalog, go to the ‘Accounting’ section (see figure below).

By default the system has two business activities that can be edited:

  1. Main Activity;
  2. Other.

To edit any of them, double-click the line with the business activity or click the line and press the ‘More’ button located in the right toolbar. Then select ‘Edit’ from the drop-down list. You can right-click the line instead of pressing the ‘More’ button. To learn more about editing, see par. Create and edit business activities.

As the list is filled and for convenience of work, you can change its display settings. Press the ‘More’ button in the catalog right side toolbar and select ‘Configure list...’ from the drop-down list. To learn more about the lists display settings, see par. Work with the item list.
