The system will use the information you indicate in this tab in print forms and other entity documents.

Entities (create) form. ‘Contact Information’ tab

Select the value for the Legal Address field from the ‘Addresses’ catalog. The legal address should match the one in the charter documents. This catalog is empty by default. To add a new address, press thebutton to the right of the field or click the  button in the drop-down list. To access the ‘Addresses’ catalog, click the ‘Show all’ hyperlink in the drop-down list. If the required address is not in the list, you can create it in the Addresses window: just click ‘Create’.

In the Delivery Address field enter the address where you want the suppliers to deliver goods and materials. (You can also select it from the ‘Addresses’ catalog.)

In the Email field enter the main public email address of the company. Use the keyboard to do this manually.

In the Phone and Fax fields enter the main telephone and facsimile numbers for the entity. It's important to input the digits in the designated form for the telephone numbers. To access the form, press the  button to the right of the input field.

If you have a website, enter the address in the Web field using your keyboard.
