This tab provides miscellaneous settings which the user can use to facilitate work in the application and to personalize the user account.

If the Show Advanced Settings check box is selected, some additional ( advanced) options are available.

The Require a Confirmation When Program is Closing check box indicates (is selected) that the program will prompt this user to confirm application's closing.

The Show GL Accounts in Documents check box (if selected) indicates that GL accounts will be available in documents created or edited by this user.

The Show Transactions Contents in Documents check box (if selected) indicates that GL accounts will be available in documents created or edited by this user.

Use the Can Change Price check box to allow the user to change prices in documents. Applicable only to users with profiles that generally allow users to change prices. This check box is disabled for users whose profils do not allow them to change prices.

In the Notification Checking Interval field, select the interval which will be used by the application to check new notifications for this user.

In the Email field, enter the email address of the user: this address will be automatically inserted as the sender address into all user-generated emails.

Optionally, you can create a signature to be inserted in the user's emails automatically, for this you can use the Email Signature field. For details, see Adding a Email Signature.

You can use the Application Appearance Setting field when you want to change the color theme of the application's user interface. For this,  in the field, select a color theme from a drop-down list of themes. 

The following warning appears below the field:

To change the application, restart it. 

Click the Restart button that appears next to the warning. Once the application is restarted, it has the selected color theme.

Note. The options described below become available if the Show Advanced Settings check box is selected.

The Offset Advances Debts Automatically check box (if selected) enables automatic offsetting advances against debts performed for this user.

In the Form Scale Variant field, you can select the scaling option – Auto, Compact, Standard – for displaying the data in this application's windows. For low-resolution screens, it is recommended that you use Compact.

If you need to set up the Internet connection for this user, click the Set up Internet Connection link. This opens the Proxy Server parameters dialog box. For details, see Setting up the Internet connection.

In the Local Printing Folder field, select the folder to hold the documents generated for printing.

The Set Action for User Template link can be used to choose how this user will open document templates for opening and editing.
