Using this form, you can add a new department.
On this form, only the Description field is required.
The Department (create) form
Make sure that in the Type field the Department option is selected.
To build a hierarchic structure, select the parent department in the Parent field or create a parent department of the fly (first, save the current department, then click the 
(Add) button in the drop-down list).
Click the Save button to save the new department or the Save and close button to save the department and close the form.
