On this form, you can create a new sick leave interval to be used to define a sick leave type.
The following fields are required: Description, From, and To.

In the Description field, type a brief description of the interval that could be used to identify it in drop-down lists.
In the From and To fields specify the start and end days of the interval. Duration of the interval (in the Number of Days field) will be calculated automatically.
Click the Save button to save the new record or the Save and close button to save the record and close the form.
