This tab provides information (effective on the termination date) on earned and used vacation days for vacations listed in the employment contract. This tab appears for the employee if the Accumulate Vacation Pay option is selected on the employee's employment contract or its later changes.

The "Employment Termination (create)" form. The Vacation Pay tab

All the amounts in the document will be calculated once you click the Calculate button.

Note. Because the document includes the salary from the beginning of the month to the date of termination, the employee will not be included in the Payroll Calculation document for this month.

The Vacation Type column is automatically populated with actual types of vacations from the employee's contract and its changes.

The Accumulated Vacation Pay (Cur.) column (which appears if the Accumulate Vacation Pay option is selected in the employee contract or its changes) shows the amount of vacation pay (in the currency of vacation) accumulated before the termination date (notice, that because it is calculated during the Month-End Сlosing procedure, it is calculated for completed calendar months only).

The Currency column is populated with the currency of the document.

The Accumulated Vacation Pay (Doc. Cur.) column is populated with the amount accumulated on behalf of this employee for this vacation based on unused vacation days.

Use the Amount from Accumulated Vacation Pay(Cur.) column to enter the amount (in the vacation currency) to be used for payout from the accumulated amount.

The Rate and Factor columns show the exchange rate and conversion factor for the vacation currency with respect to the national currency.

The Amount from Accumulated Vacation Pay(Doc. Cur.) column is populated with the amount (in the document currency) to be used for vacation payout from the accumulated amount.

Make sure the GL Accounts column is populated with the correct GL account used for accumulation of the vacation pay. Click the default account shown as a link. In the GL Accounts:Vacation type dialog box, review the account and replace it with another if needed.
