Introduction
List Forms in FirstBIT Software provide several options to quickly find required records and display only relevant information.
Filtering and search tools help users reduce the number of displayed records and work only with data relevant to the current task.
Depending on the type of List Form, users can use the following options:
- Search Bar;
- Find <Value> command;
- Advanced Search;
- Period settings.
The available options may differ depending on the type of List Form and system configuration.
Search Bar
The Search Bar is located at the top of the List Form and allows users to quickly search for records.
To search for information:
- Enter the required text in the Search Bar.
- The system searches for matching records and displays the results in the List Form.
The Search Bar is useful when users need to quickly locate records without specifying a particular column.
For example, users can search for document numbers, customer names, item descriptions, or other information displayed in the List Form.
To remove the search criteria and return to the full list of records, clear the value entered in the Search Bar.
