License Server 1.6 is the systems, which is used to manage licenses in software products based on the 1C enterprise.

It is usually installed on 1 PC, which is the server or the main PC.

After some actions with the server or the main PC (for example, a sudden reboot of the server, adding memory to the server, etc.), the errors may occur. 

The most common errors and solutions are listed below:

a) Problem: The license server contains the expired licenses for FirstBit:ERP, for 1CV8:

Solution:

1) Open the license server (located at the server or main PC):

2) Click connect:

3) Check is there active license or not (green - active, red - inactive):

In accordance to the error text, it should be inactive:

4) By the instruction License Request Process in FirstBit get the registration key and send it to Hotline: 

5) Get the license from Hotline and apply it:

b) Problem: An error occurred during connection to the License Server 1.6 through Licence Service Assistant service. By Reason Of: Could not connect to the license server assistant:
