WPS file format issue
Problem: When uploading to banks - different errors are generated. After forwarding the file to the bank, after their intervention in the file, it is not clear what has changed, everything looks the same, but the file is easily uploaded. What is the issue with the file?
Solution: re-save the file in UTF-8 format.
NOTE: files are exported from our system in format UTF-8 with specification, but the bank accepts files in just UTF-8 format.
- As a temporary solution, you can do the following - open files in the program "Notepad", which is included in the standard Windows programs and re-save the file in UTF-8 format.
